For event organisers

You run all your events from one sign-in, and copy a finished invitation to start the next. Today one account holds 12 invitations; if you need more, write to us.

Add colleagues or clients by e-mail and all of them can edit the invitation. An invitation always keeps at least one admin.

Every guest gets a link of their own, so you see who opened the invitation and who replied, with headcount, menu choices and dietary notes. You download the guest list with the replies as a CSV file. An invitation holds 100 to 500 personal links, depending on the chosen plan.

Seat the guests at tables. You get a printable plan in A3 or A4, tent name cards as a PDF, and a list for every table with the meals and dietary notes for the caterer and the staff.

Each invitation has a primary language and further ones. The languages are peers, not a translation of one another, and the guest picks theirs.

For guests who cannot attend you get a link of its own to a live page. You add your YouTube or Facebook links and guests watch from one place.

For the television or projector at the venue there is a full-screen page with the names and the invitation’s artwork. The guests’ wishes you approve appear on it one at a time.

Guests upload photographs without an account, you review them and hide any that do not belong. Afterwards you download the whole album.

Paste an old invitation’s text, notes or up to 4 photographs and the AI proposes the details for the invitation. Nothing is saved until you choose what to keep. Use is limited per day.
